My time with JAAGO Foundation has truly been a journey of growth and self-discovery. As my first professional workplace, JAAGO gave me a safe yet challenging space to prove myself, learn by doing, and gradually grow into a more confident version of who I am today.
I joined as someone who was more comfortable staying on the sidelines, observing, supporting, and learning quietly. Over time, through hands-on responsibilities, trust from supervisors, and constant encouragement, I found myself stepping up, taking ownership, and eventually growing into a natural leader. JAAGO places strong value on self-learning and exploration, and that culture allowed me to discover strengths I didn’t even know I had.
