the company don't care about you, you do not get paid enough with all the horrible things they put you through. If you work out of London they only pay an hour for your travel and considering you're on minimum wage it's ridiculous. Sometimes you don't get food on long shifts and the managers are horrible. Oh and tips do not exist, if offered (which is very rare) you are not allowed to keep them. Avoid, there are plenty of agencies that pay more. There's a reason they are holding interviews everyday...
