This company is growing very quickly. They have a great team and a lot of learning opportunities. Upper management is rapidly expanding the foundation of the company, emphasizing the strengths and interests of all employees. I've seen many employees quickly transition to the work they are most passionate about as they explore the company dynamics and culture in their onboarding; this is hard to come by in most companies, where you are time-limited in optimizing your role and responsibilities. This is a big part of the reason the team here is so engaged and willing to help one another - they're passionate about what they do. What I especially like about this company is that there is never a day you are bored or don't learn something. In the tech industry, given the rapid pace of change it is paramount that you continue to revamp your skillset. Usually people spend lots of time outside of work to do this, but this is not a necessity at JASCI. The type of work you do at JASCI does not compare to the majority of companies, where you're performing much less interesting, less important work. If you are looking to maximize your long-term career growth and skillset with an awesome, diverse team, then JASCI is the place for you!

Given how quickly the company is growing, there are occasional growing pains. This is to be expected at any high growth, high opportunity company.

The software looks interesting. It's small company. The position was 100% Remote. Training was solid

The software requires significant improvements to be competitive. During my time here, I experienced a disorganized work environment marked by high turnover and unwelcoming management. Additionally, the compensation was well below market average, and employee benefits—such as a 401(k)—were never clearly communicated. The company didn't have big ambitions. They just to try to get the job done with no concerns for the customers or the employees.
