Micro management to the point you are not able to make your own decisions/ form your own best work practices so you’re able to succeed. Their management style sets new comers up for failure. Not open to new ideas or saying doing things. If you’re not meeting goals how they want they will axe you and not give you a real opportunity to “be productive”. Not sure anyone there even knows what DEI is.. I was let go when my performance dipped while pregnant (they were aware I was) and there was no empathy or opportunity to either adjust my work level or fix my performance. The HR leader does not know what she is doing and communication after being laid off was so poor. I had to reach out to receive a letter of termination and stock them for updates on commission still owed - which I will probably never receive. The company while offering remote work did not report hours to my state so I have been denied unemployment/ FMLA during a time I need it the most.
