      Great management. Extremely talented co-workers. The company is 100% remote, but via Slack it still feels like a community. Everyone is helpful and respectful.

      It is a consulting firm and many of the clients come to JBS after their projects have gone off the rails and they need help fixing them. This can be stressful.
