Ethics are of no concern - Recensione dipendente - Trader presso JBS

Seemingly from the top down, there is zero concern about ethics. There is a manager at corporate with multiple sexual discrimination complaints, additional HR complaints, even the ethics line has been used to file a complaint about this individual. The company does anonymous surveys where this manager scores terribly. And at the end of the day, the business unit makes money so this manager just gets let off the hook. It's truly sad. Dozens of people have quit this person's business unit. JBS seemingly could not care less about his unethical treatment of his employees.
