Pay is ok when paid!

Poor management I mean really poor!!! Picks and chooses favoritism at the highest! The kind of work they expect is unbelievable! Of course I’m speaking only about my job! Management doesn’t know how to speak to employees most feel like they are better in all kinds of ways! Organization is the poorest at its best! Just the way they speak to you it makes you don’t want to come to them if you do have a problem! Again they fell like they are better! And to me from what I have seen anyone can be a supervisor or unit manger or shift manager so I’m not seeing the glory for them to speak or treat people in that fashion! Again I’m speaking for myself and from experience! Another issue is pay or being paid properly. I was suppose to receive a corrected pay for my attendance and as of this review it has been three weeks and still nothing. My supervisor informed me that she has emailed and emailed the correct people in this matter and to no avail still nothing and she said she don’t know what else to do!!! So there I guess I want be getting paid even though I have earned it!!! And god forbid if I go and speak to someone in HR first thing would be I’m wrong even though I was told to go through the process I would be wrong still cause they have to be right and let’s don’t get started on the level of rudeness I’m gonna have to endure when seeking help for my pay! I mean this is the pits in all!!!
