1.No Flexibility - Core hours which don't allow you to bank hours (i.e not core hours) 2.Old boys club 3.Lack of Promotion 4.Only salary increases when you threaten to leave the job 5.Engineers including chief engineers needs to clock in and out ( which is absurd) 6.Even being a minute late during clock in will be flagged by HR 7.Fixed Holidays ( compulsory 3 weeks fixed holiday ) 8.
