A toxic culture where those who have “cable” in the office get promoted, along with many ridiculous rules. We are required to come to work early and leave late. We’re even expected not to take MC, how is that possible? We are overworked, yet defenceless, and only end up being taken advantage of. The pay may be good, but is it really worth it?
