A toxic culture where those who have “cable” in the office get promoted, along with many ridiculous rules. We are required to come to work early and leave late. We’re even expected not to take MC, how is that possible? We are overworked, yet defenceless, and only end up being taken advantage of. The pay may be good, but is it really worth it? You end up throwing away your soul and mental health for people who will replace you the very next day. Most team leaders, assistant managers, and especially managers will only protect themselves when there’s trouble.

- They are providing allowances and overtime payment for the employees.

Svantaggi

- They said they have been operating for 3 decades but unfortunately, they are acting like a startup company. - I am not sure if they know how to delegate tasks for each department, cause they like to do mix-and-match and let their employees confued with their main tasks.

- No work-life balance - The management does not know how to set KPI - They also like to surpass other department's job to Sales (you imagine...)
