You request days off in advance and they overlook request . You call in advance if you cant come in because you have a emergency or sick , and in the jcpenny kiosk they leave you with FTR like if you didnt speak with anybody from mangement . NO Respect with schedule hours they change the hours several times and they dont even tell you . A employee have to check all the time same with hours cuts
