- toxic corporate environment, 99% about politics rather than getting stuff done - mean girls/bullying culture, especially from people from buying and marketing - people are extremely stuck to old ways and technology and they will become defensive to new ideas and improvements - diversity and inclusion is way below I have seen at other companies - tons of layoffs and firings, consistently at all levels. From analysts all the way to to SVPs. It was very common.
