Great people to work with who take pride in their work and helping customers. Many associates have been with the company 20 to 30 years so it had been a great company for a long time that is what initially attracted me to come to JCP from another major retailer.

Last year and a half was a train wreck from unrealistic expectations and poor communication from the Plano office as Ron Johnson and his team failed to test concepts rolled out to the stores or listen to feedback from associates or customers.
