Too many changes since the buy out of the company we have lost so many employees people are leaving there’s no security with the unknown of the company, going down hill everyday … used to be fully staffed and busy and now no one wants to work there under paid over worked absolutely zero Zero support from store GMs and staff I. The store for their salons. Only care about the numbers and the pay structure is aweful a lot of stylist left because working that hard for nothing and minimum wage as a licensed professional!
