If you like working with people this is a great place. There is alot of face to face time interacting with customers. I like to see my work efforts pay off as merchandise moves during busy peaks. The selection that we have this year makes it easy for great sales results. Also, there is never a dull momment. There is always plenty to do. I've never said I had nothing to do in all the years I worked here.Also,The great discounts!

There is no seperation of responsibilites within our job title. The sales manager is the person that can transform into just about every single associate in the store. I wish there was more time allotted to focus on analyzing sales and communicating results. Sometimes I spend more time ringing at registers and cleaning out fitting rooms than doing my job. Which forces me to take work home to complete schedules and look through my numbers. Also, The yo yo schedule is hard thing to get use to. I've been doing this for many years and my body still has not adjusted to the shift close than open then off throughout the week.
