      Great communication skills within the team, great at handling challenging situations, and works very well with people's schedules.

      The only con I can think of is the training. Sometimes I feel like they throw me into an area I am not really familiar with and I can use a lot more training, as well as other associates.

      The employee discounts were alright

      As a Cashier or Omni associate they don't take you seriously. Leadership loves to play hot potato with responsibilities and many times cashiers gets stuck with it. When dealing with angry customers they the managers don't show up or completely undermine you making you look like an ___.
