Management and supervisors are the only full-time. Associates are only part-time. You will get under 25 hours/week. Alot of times you will get 12-18 hrs/week unless you're getting credit apps and doing the extra work. Very understaffed. They only use the extra hours if they really need to. Saving the hours($) for management yearly bonuses. A past manager told me that's what happens when they stay under budget.
