Vantaggi

The product is top-notch and stands out in the market, making it easier to connect with customers and close deals. Collaborative potential exists between teams like sales, support, and engineering when nurtured. The benefits are very good, offering substantial value to employees. There is a genuine feeling that most of the company is improving and trying to do better.

Svantaggi

Management, especially at the C-level, focuses too heavily on short-term sales numbers rather than fostering relationships between teams, like sales, support, and product. There’s a lack of open communication and trust, which often leads to micromanagement and policies that feel rigid and counterproductive. Examples include overly strict tracking of in-office hours and burdensome documentation requirements. Even during shortened holiday weeks, employees are still required to adhere to the three-day in-office rule, which feels unnecessarily rigid. Although the Codex emphasizes "Open Communication" and "Integrity," these values are not consistently practiced in daily operations. Leadership's micromanagement and rigid focus on performance metrics often undermine morale and prevent the company from scaling effectively.

Vantaggi

Relatively stabile company in terms of no layoffs, good product fit, generally great team members across the organization

Svantaggi

Too many chefs in the kitchen on majority of the projects, too much involvement from c-suite on minor details, too many people in senior positions make very last minute demands and do not supply the support to make them happen in a timely fashion, last but not least c-suite is pretty much never satisfied. C-suite will frequently lash out on one person on a call with many stakeholders for a small mistake or a mistake that isn't their fault (even if it was a big mistake I don't condone this type of behavior). I don't know if I ever heard any positive feedback at all from C-suite to anyone that wasn't already quite senior.
