-Terrible, incompetent, bully managers. -New management structure is even worse as any dissenting manager was kicked out. Now just a bunch of yes men remaining especially in manufacturing. -Incompetent staff that are dug in the ‘JLR way’ which is a synonym for I can’t and won’t change. -Lip service paid to diversity. -Band aid solutions (Agile won’t fix the sheer incompetence and lack of detail that causes programmes to be late. Do the work instead of changing the tag!!) -The company is basically headed for doom. I wouldn’t join if I were you.
