Zeigler University is designed to enhance and further the careers of all employees from a porter to GM. The personnel and career growth of each and every employee is the number one goal. Their Aspiring Leadership Group includes Sales Managers, Fixed Ops, parts and service advisors and customer loaner staff. It is designed to develop managerial skills as well as skills for advancement. The monthly or quarterly Motivational Speakers seminars are invaluable. Our recent recent week long meetings to explore the continuous improvement of the Campus was an eye opening experience, allowing all Fixed Ops managers as well as GMs, Accounting and Marketing managers an avenue to share their knowledge to grow and improve our brands, the dealership group as well as ourselves. Had a group wide CDK service and parts workshop was an incredible experience. To sum it up...An absolutely amazing group of people to work to work with!!
