Hybrid working is here to stay putting trust back in the hands of the workers. The people are great and the attitudes and working practices are on the whole inclusive, open and friendly. More fun is being added back into the business as well after a long dry spell.

HR seem to be stuck in the past with inflexible and contradictory rules that don't always seem in the best interest of the business. Managers weren't very good for a long time. A lot of new blood has now been lifted into this group and there has been a marked improvement but there is still work to be done.
