- pay is good between £150 and £250 per car without products - company car is good - sales staff are good

- No work to life balance - Have to work overtime with no compensation - Abusive managment - Aftersales department are non existent - Workshop are terrible - Parts are clueless As a sales executive you need to do 6 peoples jobs and get paid the salary of one person. Sales executive, Vehicle progresor, workshop manager, vehicle coordinator, complaint manager, service advisor.
