Vantaggi
Had an optional document in the ridiculously long onboarding called "Why you should probably own a gun"
Svantaggi
Slave wage, no benefits (they "pay so much that you can pay for them yourself"... I made $15/hr), pretentious management and owner, very unprofessional (they think it's a good thing, it isn't), no AC, coworkers are aware they're in a dead end and it doesn't help anyone feel any better, the owner contradicted himself constantly in the onboarding documents like: he would take about how accuracy and getting something right the first time was so important and then segue right into how he doesn't ever proof read anything cause who has time for that and that the onboarding documents that you're about to read are probably a mess (they were) or talking about how everyone's time is equally valuable but then explaining how he's so important that it makes sense for him to hire a yogurt boy to get a yogurt out of the fridge for him because each of his minutes are too valuable (an exaggerated example he provided, but says everything you need to know)
