Used to be good to work there, however quickly deteriorated. Everyone I've met there are really nice, most likely because everyone is in the same boat in terms of poor management and being micromanaged.

Svantaggi

You take a lot of abuse from people on the phone for things that have nothing to do with your department/you. Communication between admin and those actually speaking to people need to improve. The micromanagement is ridiculous- having to ask for permission to go to the toilet, sometimes having to wait for 15+ mins to get an answer from a manager. Never getting a reply when you've asked to take time off, and putting a ban on any holidays/days off for the next 3 months. Being lied to about progression opportunities and bonuses. All in all, stay away from here- it all sounds good on paper, but once you've worked there a while, you start noticing the cracks and how poorly people are treated by management.

Flat organization. Low salary bumps for non-producers currently. Internal politics. Your salary is largely dependent on your experience and your manager’s ability to fight for you to get what you deserve up the chain.
