That is the characteristic of a great leader. Love the comrade and it just feels like home.

Honestly, this is a great working environment. Since 2019 until this point, I haven't seen anything concerning that would make me not want to work here. With a leader / employer who is always seeking to improve, open to suggestions and ready to listen, that will always be a recipe for success.
