      Political, if you're not part of the in crowd you won't be there long. Owner and COO play favorites and micro manage every part of the operation. Performance means nothing. Unethical practices.

      take truck home or park at truck stop, loads not forced everyday. motels or hotels on the road. small cash advances when needed. Needing time off was not an issue. When i had a problem went to the owner or next in charge. I was hored back after a retaliatory dicharge.
