Not sure the pros outweigh the cons! - Recensione dipendente - Employment Specialist presso JOBWORX

Management is very condescending and micromanaging. Poor training, no benefits, minimum wage hourly, need to wait a month+ for commissions, no room for growth, just handful of holidays off and PTO, no overtime, expected to travel a lot and very far, poor communication, favoritism, staff turnover, and heavy workloads.
