Great concept of helping people with their New Construction Home Purchases. Good training and onboarding, good support system. No office fees or lead fees.

They only pay 30% referral fee for any of their leads that they give you, if they end up buying. They want you to focus on their leads and don't encourage any of your own, Taking a person through initial consult, showings, contract, all the follow up that goes with that for a period of 7-10 months doesn't add up for only a 30% commission which in many cases is less than 3% already. They pay $50 for each lead you take to tour a new community but the way they verify the tours and what you actually get paid on is very ambiguous. Not all tours get paid and since they don't provide a detailed pay stub you don't really know what you got paid on or not.

I don't see any pros for the company

Worst management.Worst working conditions.I hate the company to the core.
