JPC has the best group of employees, working together to help each other and the company. The principals really care about each employee, they are friendly and approachable for questions. I have never worked at company so inclusive and where I'm excited to go to work everyday!

There is a 'sink or swim' mentality when you first start. If you know your stuff you will be fine or if you are outgoing enough you need to reach out to others for help. We work hard and play hard.

Some of the best coworkers! Everyone was helpful and the culture was great.

Not necessarily a con but mostly corporate workplace design and not a ton of variation. Easy for the same designs to get regurgitated because of the fast timelines and tight budgets.
