Zero training given, if you ask for a raise you better look for a new job, toxic higher ups in civil and beyond, very passive aggressive without actually explaining things done wrong, claims to be flexible on what hours you work in a day but gets mad if you leave earlier than them, gets mad that things don’t get done on time but won’t answer emails with questions

The company is filled with mostly great people.

The company aggressively does not want employees to discuss their compensation so they can underpay for each roll. They will also fire you almost immediately if you put in a two week notice.
