If you’re an engineer, this is a great place to work. Tech staff can set their own hours, work from home (even pre-pandemic) and have parking provided. After a time, they have the option to become shareholders. These perks are all earned on the backs of the support staff who are treated like GARBAGE with no perks, just endlessly monotonous work with no appreciation.
