Svantaggi
worked at JSP for 14 years. For the majority of that time, it was a genuinely good place to work. People were happy, motivated, and the work got done efficiently. Most importantly, there was a strong sense of fairness — everyone was treated as equals regardless of who they were.
Unfortunately, this changed when a new manager took over. It quickly became obvious that he had clear favorites, and the fairness we once had disappeared. This led to widespread bullying and a very toxic environment. The situation became so bad that I eventually left the company purely to protect my mental health and sanity.
I’m sad it ended this way because I truly enjoyed my time there for many years and was proud to work for JSP.
