Fake advertisements everywhere to show the good parts of the company but are not true. Very stressful management and treating production people as slaves. Very noisy and windy and Health and Safety department is doing everything for the company. Not for people. They don't care about the health of the people. A lot of people left because of back pain, neck pain, and damaged hearing by the floor noise. You can't complain about management to nobody and the HR department is a joke. All friends and family work at the office and the job is never for people from production who want to evolve
