No real pros apart from early finish on Friday. Much needed after the week of disorganised chaos.

Taken on to assist with the preconstruction of the asset recovery schemes for the EA in Herefordshire. After doing all the leg work to get the project to delivery stage told there was no more work. Only then to find out it was given to the less experienced managers and foreman who are in the click with the works manager. Disappointing result after all the hard work put in. Not what you know but who you know. No support from senior managers! Day rate is low compared with others in the industry.
