I enjoyed the people, the inside jokes, and the close-knit feel. Its nice to work at a place that directly contributes to supporting global non-profits in their mission(s) to make the world a better place.

- compensation is weak - growing pains with company structure - some turnover The company is growing and poised to continue doing so, and has some problems as a result. This is to be expected.
