The organization is relatively flat with about 4-5 levels total. The organization is a small piece of a very large EPC company and has shifted focus over the last few years from being a semi independent technical consulting organization to acting as a technical differentiator for EPC work. Employees generally learn a lot in a short period of time, enjoy good pay and generally quite a bit of freedom in executing work.

-flexible work hours -decent compensation -chance to do some interesting work

Svantaggi

-extreme pressure to be billable even though sometimes you have no control over it -lack of mentorship / leadership / development opportunities -depending on the market you can be stuck doing the same thing over and over again -more often than not you will just be a glorified process engineer -horrible benefits -minimal holidays (i.e., thanksgiving you only get Thursday off and you have to work extra hours prior week to get Friday off)
