CEO is deluded, a finance man should never run an engineering company. Direction on electric cars is 100% wrong. The design leaders are blind. The engineering is still bumbling along with the same issues. Plenty of talking and box ticking. The people who do the work and get the job done are ignored, credit taken fully by know-nothing ladder climbers who spend 40 hours a week lining their own pockets. The people who have been the backbone for decades are shafted on their pensions and pay deals are now broken - what's reported in the press is lies.
