The Restaurant has a great feeling to it and history behind it. It has been family owned for 60 years.

Svantaggi

The expectations from the owners are unreasonable. Long hours. Extreme workload and projects are put on your plate. Which includes tasks that are not in your job description. If you would like to have a balanced personal life, this career will not be for you. Expect to work 55-70 plus hours a weeks. 6days a week at times.

The line associate staff is amazing and dedicated. Restaurant has an amazing history. The food is good and as a line associate you have the ability to make great money.

Ridiculous hours and unachievable expectations for even the finest of General Managers. Really consider all avenues before applying or accepting an offer from Jake's. REALLY! Save yourself the time, energy and piece of mind.
