      Decent Salary and easy location which is easy to find. Business and friendly customers. Nice menu.

      Management and some bartenders and server turnover. A lot implemented changes of policy's due to turn over of management.

      The Restaurant has a great feeling to it and history behind it. It has been family owned for 60 years.

      The expectations from the owners are unreasonable. Long hours. Extreme workload and projects are put on your plate. Which includes tasks that are not in your job description. If you would like to have a balanced personal life, this career will not be for you. Expect to work 55-70 plus hours a weeks. 6days a week at times.
