Neat old building, artsy downtown location, very close-knit waitstaff, some interesting regulars.

Unprofessional, incompetent management; very racist, homophobic atmosphere due to management and owners; poor pay and no raises; very boring and slow most of the year; dirty atmosphere; smelly cellar due to sewage problems (the cellar is where private parties are held); embarrassing lack of menus most of the time, and often the menus are old and dirty (management doesn't like printing new ones because of the cost of ink).
