Vantaggi

Very flexible. Ability to work from home. Great product makes it easy to sell. Ability to obtain experience selling into enterprise. Great perks. You get a MacBook when you walk in, access to Apple accessories and an Apple Watch or tablet.

Svantaggi

Unattractive commission plan. It’s team based and everyone has an individual number. If one persons misses nobody gets accelerated pay. Often times acting as a bit of a secretary to the field account executive. You do a lot of the tasks and deals they don’t want to do. It seems that the company is growing so rapidly it’s becoming much more corporate.

Overall we’ve been able to maintain stability in our culture and values during the growth we have experienced, but we are sorry you have felt the negative impact in your sales role. Benefits are pretty much the only positive at this point. Working hybrid is nice, but pales when we used to be fully remote with no issues.

The senior managers of Technical Support are driving this org into the ground. Employees are no longer a human, no longer an employee; we are now just numbers. KPI requirements have gotten ridiculous requiring employees to almost literally fight over available work to make ourselves look better. Its a complete sham, a numbers game. There are those of us that are legitimately here for our users and administrators, but the quantity of work has vastly outweighed the quality.
