      Vantaggi

      - Good people - product leader - great accelerators baked into pay structure - lots of opportunity to grow into management - ESPP - No layoffs (so far)

      - Base pay is pretty bad - Jamf growing into a tandem of management and security focus has had its growing pains but mostly it seems like the road map is pretty clear - Sad seeing Dean Hager retire, he was an all time CEO, but with the replacement being an internal hire it probably wont change much. - To some extent the recent recession has led to a minor increase in micro management. Ultimately this probably was necessary as the culture is super relaxed, and with any company high performing reps still have a long leash.

      Thanks for the review! We are excited at the growth Jamf has had in recent years and are proud to have maintained our culture and values during this progression. We continue to put in a lot of work to ensure our systems, processes, and resources scale along with us, and to build structure and stability as we settle into the growth and success of our company.

      Some growing pains recently, maturing from a start-up to a stable company with new technology, such as AI, competing with internal resources.

      Benefits are pretty much the only positive at this point. Working hybrid is nice, but pales when we used to be fully remote with no issues.

      The senior managers of Technical Support are driving this org into the ground. Employees are no longer a human, no longer an employee; we are now just numbers. KPI requirements have gotten ridiculous requiring employees to almost literally fight over available work to make ourselves look better. Its a complete sham, a numbers game. There are those of us that are legitimately here for our users and administrators, but the quantity of work has vastly outweighed the quality.
