No sense of how things like RTO policies affect people whose net worth isn't over a million dollars. - Half-baked mandates from on high that inevitably get exposed as half-baked and then delayed to address the glaring issues and then re-issue the mandate. - Constant rat race to push out the new shiny, leaving behind a wake of half-finished projects riddled with tech debt.
