Vantaggi

Great product and some of the best and brightest individuals I have worked with.

Svantaggi

The decisions made by the leadership team have been among the most concerning I’ve witnessed in my career. At the beginning of the year, we were assured that the new go-to-market strategy was the right path forward and that brighter days were ahead. Unfortunately, it has become clear that there was a lack of direction and foresight—culminating in layoffs that could have been avoided.

We are sorry to hear these concerns. To drive long-term growth and improve operational efficiencies, Jamf made the very difficult decision to reduce the workforce to realign its go-to-market organization to allow for investment in areas that have the greatest opportunity for growth. This decision was not taken lightly. It was made in support of our strategic reinvestment plan to enhance our growth in Enterprise as well as simplify how we serve our SMB market. We are deeply grateful for the contributions of all affected team members and remain committed to supporting them through this transition. Our focus continues to be customer centric and employee focused to position Jamf for long-term success.

Vantaggi

Benefits, culture, and community drive Jamf. Pay can always be better, but is fair to the market.

Svantaggi

Some growing pains recently, maturing from a start-up to a stable company with new technology, such as AI, competing with internal resources.

Vantaggi

Benefits are pretty much the only positive at this point. Working hybrid is nice, but pales when we used to be fully remote with no issues.

Svantaggi

The senior managers of Technical Support are driving this org into the ground. Employees are no longer a human, no longer an employee; we are now just numbers. KPI requirements have gotten ridiculous requiring employees to almost literally fight over available work to make ourselves look better. Its a complete sham, a numbers game. There are those of us that are legitimately here for our users and administrators, but the quantity of work has vastly outweighed the quality.
