It's family owned and the family seems like good people.
Svantaggi
No direct deposit, so you have to drive to the office each week to get your check. Pay is a bit below industry average. The hr/office manager made her political (maga) feelings known when filling out paperwork. Very unprofessional and annoying to deal with in the workplace. You have to wear ugly blue T-shirt for a uniform. They only give you two shirts and they might be used when you get them. Must turn in these janky shirts if you quit or else they dock your check.
They could not give a single care about you. After a major injury I kept working as long as humanly possible. It was beyond agonizing but I "pushed through it" like a good boot licker. Then after getting surgery and receiving a doctors approval to come back. I was fired but only after being strung along for weeks well "my temp fill in" finished the hours they set aside for them. Almost lost my home and everything because of their game playing.
