Company only cares about making money while completely disregarding employee wellbeing. Not only are the workloads we're assigned overwhelmingly heavy, the salary we receive is poor as well. You don't eve receive any opportunities to grow since management couldn't care less about providing you with any support or guidance.

Management is not that good with employees, very unorganized, pay rate is bad! The culture is disgustingly broken and corrupt. You often looked down on and flat-out ignored. If you want to be stressed daily and humiliated day after day by managers who have no sense of respect or appreciation... work here.
