An environment that helpful and cheerful

Need more exposure from different department

Colleagues in my own dept are friendly and helpful. This is the only positive thing that I can tell. Other than that, you can always go back on time. This is some additional good thing about this company.

If you want to work with non-professional people, you can go ahead and apply for a job in this company. This is a family business company, they will prioritise their own family members first. Employees second. Zero career advancement if you want to stay for so long in this company. The boss only care if you're a Yes Man. You will be entitled with Medical Card once you have worked here for 3 years and above. Below than that, pay and claim. Some dept like to blame another dept for their own wrongdoings. They don't want to take responsibility and just ran away from the problem. High turnover due to the toxic culture of this company. They have 2 companies. First is Tetap Tiara Sdn Bhd. Second is Jaya One Management Sdn Bhd. They always posted vacancies under Jaya One Management Sdn Bhd. I just want to inform all of you about this.
