STRESSFULL WORK ENVIRONMENT Employees are fired very often. CEO Mr jamshir thannalot is a person with a extremely offensive and insulting attitude. Interferes in each and everything . No cafeteria, no Medical allowance , No cabs for night shifts. Leave policy is very complicated. Will have to submit medical certificate for sick leave. One day week off. Whole office is strictly monitored using cctv and many higher officials are closely watching the employees. Targets will be assigned but remuneration gets delayed for a quite long time. Low salary package and very low hikes. Empoyees will be fined for silly mistakes that comes in work, late coming etc. Office politics and favouritism . Expected to work overtime. As an HR , No respect or power for the position. 6months probation period is too risky because they may terminate anytime. Job termination without any warning is one of the worst thing to mention. No job security at all !!!!!!!
