      Can't think of much benefits besides the proximity to home and not traveling down 270...

      Management needs to treat employees with more respect and dignity. I wouldn't want to have anything to do with making the senior management money. Pay is not competitive.

      Everything but salary: the directors are super intelligent, the managers are helpful and friend-like, the co-workers are friendly. The projects are wild spread in the field of pharma. If you want to gain experiences in pharma, I would definitely recommend Jecho.
