- Small company with big company attitudes - Construction industry is up and down, because JEN-COL is smaller they seem very unstable - they want you to track every little thing because even the pennies matter...on a construction site this wastes more than it saves - High turnover rate, really unexplainable, nice guy is there one day and the next day there is an email saying that they are no longer with the company - Every aspect of the company is just barely mediocre, IT can't keep things working consistently (especially the ERP), site supers are constantly being overridden by "leadership" - Feedback is ignored - Some managers have a superiority complex and won't hesitate to blame others for their mistakes
