      I can't really think of too many so far. Maybe some better benefits for referrals would be good but thats an incredibly minor complaint and not a very big deal for me.

      Thanks for such a great review on your time at Jet so far, hearing from our Software Engineers is awesome. I know how busy your day can be so taking the time to leave such positive feedback is appreciated. I agree with you 100% that we work with some of the most motivated and intelligent people. Our office space is out of this world cool, especially the view, snacks and cold brew coffee on tap.       The culture was awesome, with one rule (Be Nice) I loved Jet. We kicked some major #$^^ so much so that Walmart bought us and killed us. We had fun, it was like working at an all night rave music and dancing while we worked. hard to describe, you had to be there.

      the pay wasn't the best but the benefits more than made up for it. The insurance was fantastic, the fun we had at work was enough to make up for the lack of pay.
